2005

Jim Labe co-founds TriplePoint Capital with Sajal Srivastava to provide debt financing solutions tailored to the needs of venture-backed companies throughout their lifecycle.

2008

TriplePoint Capital reaches 100 portfolio companies.

2011

TriplePoint Capital reaches 250 portfolio companies.

2015

With a decade of success as one of the pioneers in the venture debt space, TriplePoint Capital announces its initial public offering for TriplePoint Venture Growth (NYSE: TPVG).

2017

TriplePoint Capital reaches 500 portfolio companies.

2020

TriplePoint Capital raises $5 billion, and launches its GP/LP and Private Capital funds to partner with category-defining companies and top-tier venture capital and private equity firms.

2022

TriplePoint reaches $10 billion in total committed capital and opens its San Francisco office.

2024
